多药耐受肿瘤细胞系是研究肿瘤多药耐受性的良好实验模型。本研究通过使用单一浓度阿霉素短时冲击诱导的方法,历时5月,成功地诱导建立了人膀胱移行上皮癌多药耐受细胞亚系BIU-87PR。生物学鉴定表明,BIU-87PR对阿霉素的耐药性较敏感细胞BIU-87提高了2.1倍。对足叶乙■的耐药性提高了4倍.对长春新碱的敏感性提高了2.4倍.BIU-87PR的生物学特性与BIU-87相似,生长速率较慢,融合密度略降低,细胞轻度异形性,染色体分析显示双微体略增多.
Multidrug resistant tumor cell lines are good experimental models for studying multidrug resistance in tumors. In this study, a single concentration of doxorubicin short-duration impact-induced method, lasted for 5 months, successfully established human bladder transitional epithelial cancer multidrug resistance subline BIU-87PR. Biological identification showed that the resistance of BIU-87PR to doxorubicin was 2.1 times higher than that of the sensitive cell BIU-87. Its resistance to vinblastine increased by 4 times and the sensitivity to vincristine increased by 2.4 times.The biological characteristics of BIU-87PR were similar to BIU-87, its growth rate was slower, its fusion density slightly decreased, Mild heteromorphism, chromosomal analysis showed slightly increased double micro-body.
