雪松是一种优良的行道树和庭园绿化树种。为了缩短雪松育苗周期和延长生长时间,加速苗木的繁育,在1985年11月份我们进行了电热温床扦插育苗试验,取得了一定的效果。 一、试验经过 (一)试验地情况 1.试验地的选择:选在地势平坦、阳光充足、无风的地方作苗圃地,在其上罩以塑料大棚(对照也罩在塑料大棚内)。 2.试验地的处理:在扦插前10天左右用30%福尔马林40倍液和0.25公斤的呋喃丹与土壤搅拌,并用塑料薄膜覆盖7天。 3.苗床的制作:先挖深20厘米、宽90厘米的坑(坑长情况应根据电热线长短不同,相应变化),在底层和边缘铺5厘米厚的砻糠灰作为隔热层,然后在隔热层上铺7厘米左右的土,并安置电热线(为DV21012型,上海农机所生产),计10行,再在电热线上铺土8厘米,这时整个苗床基本制作完毕(图1)。
