中国共产党领导的多党合作政治协商制度是我国的基本政治制度，培养选拔党外干部对搞好多党合作，推动社会主义经济和民主建设有着重要的现实意义。本文对我国党外后备干部队伍建设中存在的问题与对策进行分析与探讨。
The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the CPC is the basic political system in our country. It is of great practical significance to cultivate cadres who are not candidates for the party outside the party to do a good job in multi-party cooperation and promote socialist economy and democracy. This article analyzes and discusses the problems and countermeasures in the contingent building of the non-party cadres in our country.
