《高中地理》(上册)第一章,要向学生介绍宇宙中的各种天体和天体系统。由于这些天体和天体系统的真面目学生看不见,摸不着,甚至想不到,加上学生受知识水平、生活经验和思维能力限制,如果教师照本宣科给学生讲,是远远不够的,就是运用直观教具也有很大局限性,况且就目前各校实际情况看也不现实,不可能让学生直接感知到各种天体和天体系统。这就要求教师充分发挥语言直观教学作用,运用生动、清晰形象的语言,通过描绘、比喻等手段,采用远化近,小化大(或大化小),快化慢,抽象化具体,模糊化显明;无形化有形,未知化已知等办法,使所教内容,成为易于被学生接受的显明形象。以下试举几例:
