目的:研究以HPLC法同时测定乐肝清炎胶囊中栀子苷、甘草素含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%冰乙酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,体积流量:1.0 mL·min-1,λ1=238 nm(检栀子苷),λ2=276 nm(检甘草素),柱温30℃。结果:栀子苷在(54.1~162.4)μg·mL-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,甘草素在(5.2~15.5)μg·mL-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9。平均加样回收率(n=9):栀子苷为99.66%;甘草素为99.90%。结论:本法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。
Objective: To study the simultaneous determination of geniposide and glycyrrhizin in Legan Qingyan capsules by HPLC. METHODS: A Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid as the mobile phase. The gradient elution was performed at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and λ1=238 nm (testoside ), λ2 = 276 nm (Glycyrrhizin), column temperature 30 °C. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between jasminoidin and peak area (54.1~162.4)μg·mL-1, r=0.999 8, liquiritin showed good linearity with the peak area at (5.2~15.5)μg·mL-1. Relationship, r=0.999 9. The average recovery (n=9): 99.46% for geniposide and 99.90% for glycyrrhizin. Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable, and reproducible. It can be used as a method for quality control of the product.
