在进行体外循环心脏直视手术时,需要应用停搏液和平衡液,我们参考有关文献,并按照临床医生的要求,自行配制了心脏停搏液和平衡液,经用狗的心脏试验,作用良好,符合要求。二年多来,临床用于80多例,证明效果较好。现将配制处方及制备方法介绍如下:一、心脏停搏液处方氯化钙0.6g、氯化钾5.9g、氯化钠18.0g、乳酸钠9.3g、氯化镁5.0 g,盐酸普鲁卡因5.0g、葡萄糖200.0g,注射用水加至3900.0ml。配制方法取适量注射用水于搪瓷桶中或适当容
