目的 :探讨非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)表达和微血管密度 (MVD)的意义。方法 :采用免疫组化ABC法检测 78例NSCLC标本中bFGF表达和MVD ,并根据病理类型、组织学分化程度、有无区域淋巴结转移以及预后进行分析。结果 :在NSCLC中腺癌的bFGF表达阳性率和MVD值显著高于鳞癌(P <0 0 5 ) ;所有NSCLC病例中 ,bFGF表达阳性率与肿瘤组织学分化程度有关 ,低分化癌bFGF表达阳性率显著高于中、高分化癌 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但MVD值与分化程度的关系不如bFGF明显 ;区域淋巴结转移阳性组NSCLCbFGF表达阳性率和MVD值显著高于阴性组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而手术后 3年内发生远处转移或死亡的病例 ,其bFGF表达阳性率和MVD值亦明显高于术后 3年内未发生远处转移者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :bFGF表达和MVD与NSCLC一些临床病理特征有关 ,其检测可作为评估NSCLC预后的有价值指标
Objective: To explore the significance of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) expression and microvessel density (MVD) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods : The expression of bFGF and MVD in 78 specimens of NSCLC were detected by immunohistochemical ABC method. The pathological type, degree of histological differentiation, regional lymph node metastasis and prognosis were analyzed. RESULTS: The positive rate and MVD of adenocarcinoma were significantly higher in NSCLC than in squamous cell carcinoma (P < 0.05). In all NSCLC cases, the positive rate of bFGF expression was related to histological differentiation, and the expression of bFGF in poorly differentiated carcinoma. The positive rate was significantly higher than that of moderately and well-differentiated carcinoma (P < 0.05), but the relationship between MVD value and differentiation degree was not as obvious as that of bFGF. The positive rate of NSCLC bFGF expression and MVD value were significantly higher in the positive lymph node metastasis group than in the negative group (P < 0 0 5), and cases of distant metastasis or death within 3 years after surgery, the positive rate of bFGF expression and MVD were also significantly higher than those who did not have distant metastasis within 3 years after surgery (P < 0.05). Conclusion : The expression of bFGF and MVD are related to some clinicopathological features of NSCLC. The detection of bFGF and MVD can be used as a valuable index to evaluate the prognosis of NSCLC.
