目的:探讨不同护理措施对学龄前儿童门诊雾化吸入治疗依从性及护理满意度的影响。方法:将186例患儿分为干预组(95例)和对照组(91例),对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上从认知、行为、环境等方面给予护理干预。结果:干预组依从性好的比例及满意度均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组中影响患儿雾化依从性的主要因素是家长认为雾化效果不佳和患儿不配合雾化,干预组主要是其他因素,两组影响雾化依从性因素比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可以改善学龄前门诊患儿雾化治疗的依从性,有利于提高临床治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different nursing measures on adherence and nursing satisfaction of preschool children’s outpatient nebulization inhalation. Methods: A total of 186 children were divided into intervention group (n = 95) and control group (n = 91). The control group was given routine nursing care. The intervention group was given nursing intervention from the aspects of cognition, behavior and environment on the basis of routine nursing. Results: The compliance rate and satisfaction of the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). In the control group, the main factors influencing the atomization compliance of the children were that the parents thought that the atomization effect was not good and the children did not cooperate with the atomization. The intervention group was mainly other factors. The two groups had the same effect on atomization compliance, the difference was statistically Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention can improve the compliance of nebulization in preschool clinic and improve the clinical curative effect.
