目的评估一套中短期心肺锻炼法对于心肺运动功能的作用及应用可行性。方法选取24名健康青年,按照训练方案每周集中训练3次,于训练开始前、训练4周后、训练12周后行肺功能检查、心脏超声检查及运动心肺检查,并对检查结果进行分析。结果训练4周后VO2m a x/k g、VCO_2m a x/k g较训练前有明显增大(P<0.05);训练12周后除上述2个指标外FEV1和FCV均较训练前增大(P<0.05);VO_2AT/VO_2m a x较训练前明显降低(P<0.05);而室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度及左室射血分数训练前后无变化。结论这种中短期的训练方案可以有效提升运动心肺能力,提高心肺功能储备。
Objective To assess the effect of a set of short-term cardiopulmonary exercise on cardiopulmonary exercise and its feasibility. Methods Twenty-four healthy youths were selected and trained intensively three times a week according to the training program. Before training, four weeks after training, 12 weeks after training, pulmonary function tests, echocardiography and cardiopulmonary exercise tests were performed and the results were analyzed. Results After 2 weeks of training, the VO2m ax / kg and VCO_2m ax / kg increased significantly (P <0.05) compared with that before training (P <0.05) ); VO_2AT / VO_2m ax was significantly lower than before training (P <0.05); while the thickness of ventricular septum, left ventricular posterior wall thickness and left ventricular ejection fraction did not change before and after training. Conclusion This short-term training program can effectively improve cardiopulmonary exercise and improve cardiopulmonary reserve.
