随着近年来市场竞争环境的日益激烈,人才培养逐渐成为了提升企业核心竞争力的最佳途径。国有企业要获得持续稳定的发展,要谋求技术上的创新,都与人才培养密不可分。因此,在企业内部建立一支专业的内部培训师队伍,建立科学完善的企业内部培训体系,成为了越来越多国有企业的必然选择。本文结合笔者实际工作研究,探讨了如何有效优化企业内训师队伍,帮助企业建立科学的内部培训体系。
With the increasingly fierce market competition environment in recent years, personnel training has gradually become the best way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. In order to achieve sustained and steady development of state-owned enterprises, seeking technological innovation is inextricably linked with the cultivation of qualified personnel. Therefore, establishing a professional internal trainer team and establishing a scientific and perfect internal training system within the enterprise have become the inevitable choice of an increasing number of state-owned enterprises. Based on the author’s practical work, this paper discusses how to effectively optimize the team of internal trainers and help enterprises to establish a scientific internal training system.
