本文报道测定正常青春发育前、真性性早熟(CPP)及单纯性乳房早发育(PT)小儿的FSH、LH。结果示正常发育前小儿两激素呈年龄阶段性改变,2岁后至发育前处低水平;CPP Ⅱ期FSH高于未发育儿,但至Ⅲ期才有显著升高,各期基值与未发育儿有重叠,但作LHRH兴奋试验后最大兴奋值均超过未发育儿上限值;PT组两激素均在发育前水平。我们认为,一次性FSH、LH测定可作为CPP诊断的筛查手段,但必要时应复查或作LHRH兴奋试验。
This article reports the determination of FSH and LH in normal premature puberty, true precocious puberty (CPP), and simple early breast parenchyma (PT) infants. The results showed that before the normal development of children with two age-related hormones showed age-stage changes, after 2 years of age to pre-developmental low level; CPP Ⅱ FSH was higher than the undeveloped children, but to the phase Ⅲ was significantly increased, The developmental children have overlapping, but the maximum excitement value after LHRH excitement test exceed the upper limit of underage children. Both hormones in PT group are at pre-developmental level. We think, one-time FSH, LH determination can be used as a screening test for CPP diagnosis, but when necessary, should be reviewed or LHRH excited test.
