碳分子筛气调贮藏山楂技术,通过合理调节贮藏环境的气体成分,能有效地延缓果实衰老进程,大幅度降低果实的失水率、腐烂率和果肉褐变率,贮藏7个月后好果率高达97.5%;并能保持良好的果实品质;在20—25℃下,贮后货架期能维持8天。
