This article is an overview, the paper introduces the current automatic control technology program performance monitoring algorithm used; reviews the status quo of the current national defense communications system technology control and automation technology control system itself; describes the principle of automatic technology control algorithm and Basic features, and the most important part of these features currently under study; in particular, the issue of fault isolation and manual start-up testing algorithms is discussed in detail.
