以元蘑为原料,采用超声波辅助技术,考察超声提取时间、乙醇体积分数、超声提取功率、料液比对元蘑总三萜提取率的影响,以响应面法优化工艺条件;并利用4种大孔树脂进行纯化。结果表明,超声波辅助提取元蘑总三萜最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数80%、超声提取功率350 W、料液比1︰26(g/mL)、超声提取时间30 min、超声提取温度40℃;在此条件下元蘑总三萜的提取率达3.06%;NKA-9树脂为最佳树脂,经纯化的元蘑总三萜纯度可达到9.8%。
The effects of ultrasonic extraction time, ethanol volume fraction, ultrasonic extraction power and solid-to-liquid ratio on the extraction rate of total triterpenes of Yuan mushroom were studied by using ultrasonic assisted technique. The optimum conditions were determined by response surface methodology. Macroporous resin for purification. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of total triterpenoids extracted by ultrasonic wave were as follows: ethanol volume fraction 80%, ultrasonic extraction power 350 W, solid-liquid ratio 1︰26 (g / mL), ultrasonic extraction time 30 min, ultrasonic extraction Temperature 40 ℃. Under this condition, the extraction rate of total triterpenoids of Yuan mushroom reached 3.06%. NKA-9 resin was the best resin, and the purity of purified triterpenoids of Yuan mushroom reached 9.8%.
