本文采用Crl:CF-1小鼠作为光滑念珠菌与白念球菌全身性念珠菌感染的模型,比较其免疫应答和致病性的差异,并通过形态学方法和病原微生物在靶器官的分布繁殖情况对其进行评估。同时,也分别采用实时定量RT-PCR方法,分析在肾脏中诱导细胞因子的mRNA和相应的蛋白质。小鼠尾静脉注射光滑念珠菌(≤10~8CFU/鼠)后,小鼠均存活;然而,采用小于光滑念珠菌注射量近百倍的白念珠菌注射(≥5×10~6CFU/鼠),注射后4d内100%小鼠死亡。
