泰国宪法法院10月9日下午判决,泰国总理沙马出任总理后因受雇私营公司主持烹饪节目构成违宪。沙马8日在宪法法院作证时否认上述指控。他辩称,之所以主持这档节目,是出于个人爱好,不涉及“受雇”挣外快的因素。但他最后还是不得不接受了法院的判决。根据判决,沙马被剥夺泰国总理职务,他领导的内阁也必须全体辞职。由
The Constitutional Court of Thailand ruled in the afternoon of October 9 that unconstitutional constitutional cooking programs were conducted by employing private companies after the Thai Prime Minister Sharma’s appointment as prime minister. Shama denied the allegations when testifying before the Constitutional Court on the 8th. He argues that the reason for hosting this program is that it is out of personal interest and does not involve the “extra” element of “employment.” But in the end he still had to accept the verdict of the court.
