教育与管理的关系是管理理论和管理实践的重大课题。中国先秦诸子曾深入探讨了教育与管理的关系,形成了中国传统文化中特有的教育观和管理理论。先秦诸子所说的“教”与“教道”,是以“教化”这样一个管理哲学概念为其核心的。从教育内容上看,先秦诸子所谈论的教育内容,并不等同于今天强调的基础知识和基本技能,而是包括“基础知识和基本技能”在内的人各方面内在素质的培养和开发的一种大教育观。从教育方法上看,先秦诸子强调的不是被动地灌输方式,而是根据人本质全面发展需要,以人求发展的主动性为基础的引导性教育方式。
The relationship between education and management is a major issue in management theory and management practice. The Chinese pre-Qin philosophers explored the relationship between education and management in depth and formed the unique educational concept and management theory in Chinese traditional culture. The “teachings” and “teachings” put forward by the pre-Qin philosophers are based on the concept of “enlightened” management philosophy.
