目的:通过实验研究复方蝉衣药液对兔耳输液性静脉炎的皮温、微循环、病理组织形态的影响。方法:以兔耳缘静脉为研究对象,使用20%甘露醇静脉推注制造实验性静脉炎模型,24只新西兰家兔随机分为模型组、复方红花酊组、复方蝉衣药液组。造模成功后分别予以0.9%生理盐水、复方红花酊、复方蝉衣药液外用治疗,每日定时监测局部皮温,观察静脉的微循环和组织形态学改变。结果:复方蝉衣药液能降低由甘露醇引起的静脉炎局部皮温,同时具有改善局部微循环、修复受损血管内皮、减轻血管周围出血等作用。结论:复方蝉衣药液具有减轻兔耳输液性静脉炎的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Fufang Yiyi liquid on skin temperature, microcirculation and pathological morphology of rabbit ear infusion phlebitis. METHODS: Rabbit ear vein was used as the study object, and 20% mannitol was injected intravenously to make experimental phlebitis model. Twenty-four New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into model group, compound saffron group, and compound Fuling liquid group. After the model was successfully established, 0.9% saline, compound saffron glycosides, and compound lycopene were used for topical treatment. The local skin temperature was monitored regularly and the microcirculation and histomorphological changes of veins were observed. RESULTS: Compound Fuling medicinal liquid can reduce the local skin temperature of phlebitis caused by mannitol, and it also has the effects of improving local microcirculation, repairing damaged vascular endothelium, and alleviating perivascular hemorrhage. Conclusion: The compound Yiyi liquid can reduce the rabbit ear infusion phlebitis.
