一、心理应激与心律 研究和临床观察均已提示心理状态与心律失常有密切的关系,尤其与猝死时的心脏反应有关联。实验研究中对动物模型诱发室颤可以通过:(1)对CNS的直接刺激;(2)实验设计情成性应激手段。这两种方法的研究都反应了强烈的情感反应可致室颤。 Claire等人系统地研究了标准的心理测定评估的情感状态与室性心律失常的关系。
