蜡样芽胞杆菌(B.Cereus,简称蜡菌)是一种有芽胞的革兰氏阳性大杆菌,在自然界分布很广泛,常在食品中检出本菌,大多不致病,仅少数可产生肠毒素而致食物中毒,因此有必要对蜡菌进一步分型。1975年Jaylor曾按血清学方法,把蜡菌分为18个不同的血清型,但操作方法复杂,成本高且分型粗糙,为此合肥市卫生防疫站由1982年始对蜡样芽胞杆菌的噬菌体分型进行了研究。
Bacillus cereus (B.Cereus, referred to as Saccharomyces) is a spore of Gram-positive bacteria, is widely distributed in nature, often detected in food, the bacteria are mostly not pathogenic, only a few can produce Enterotoxins cause food poisoning, it is necessary for further classification of waxy bacteria. In 1975, Jaylor used serological methods to classify waxy bacteria into 18 different serotypes, but the operation method is complicated, the cost is high, and the typing is rough. To this end, Hefei Municipal Health and Epidemic Prevention Station started from 1982 to Bacillus cereus bacteriophage Typing was studied.
