已报道玉足海参粘多糖(HLMP)有抗凝血和促进吞噬细胞吞噬功能的作用。本文进一步介绍了该制剂及其改构物对小鼠免疫功能的影响,结果表明 HLMP 可以明显地增加巨噬细胞免疫球蛋白 Fc 受体的表达,促进 ADCC 效应细胞的活性和脾细胞抗体的分泌,同时还对HLMP 原型和改构物的作用可能机制进行了探讨。
It has been reported that the muskmelon sea cucumber mucopolysaccharide (HLMP) has an anticoagulant effect and promotes phagocytic phagocytosis. This article further introduced the effect of the preparation and its modification on immune function in mice. The results showed that HLMP can significantly increase the expression of macrophage immunoglobulin Fc receptor, promote the activity of ADCC effector cells and secretion of antibody to spleen cells. At the same time, it also discussed the possible mechanism of the HLMP prototype and remodeling.
