青光眼是主要的致盲性眼病之一,治疗以手术治疗为主。自Cairns 1968年首次报道采用小梁切除术治疗原发性青光眼获得了成功,该术式已被广泛地用于治疗各型青光眼。现对我院自1986年4月～1996年4月间收治的资料完整的145眼小梁切除术进行分析。 1 一般资料
