进入80年代后,现代生产管理方法以运筹学为理论基础,以系统化为指导思想,以计算机辅助管理为主要手段,形成了众多风格各异的管理流派,并逐渐向两个主要方面靠拢,形成了以JIT(准时生产制Just in time)为代表的“日本式”管理和以MRPⅡ(制定资源计划Manufacturing Resource Planning)为代表的“美国式”管理两种不同的管理方式。这两种管理方式主要是出于管理理念的差异,周时又带有不同的运作特点,因此有必要对这两种典型的现代生产管理模式作一番比较研究,以利于我国企业的学习和借鉴。 一、两种管理模式在管理理念上的差异
