班级文化是班级中全体成员个体意识、认知观念、价值导向、审美情趣等精神风貌的体现。初中班级的精神文化对初中生具有十分重要的影响。所以创建团结、文明、勤奋、向上的浓厚精神文化氛围,对促进学生人格发展有着重要的现实意义。
Class culture is a manifestation of all members of the class individual awareness, cognitive concepts, value-oriented, aesthetic taste and other mental outlook. The junior middle school students’ spiritual culture has a very important influence on junior middle school students. Therefore, creating a strong spiritual and cultural atmosphere of solidarity, civilization, diligence and progress has an important practical significance for promoting the development of students’ personality.
