The year 2000 has entered a countdown and the country has limited the time limit. The Ministry of Information Industry fully organized the “Technical Training Course on Computer 2000 Issues”. IBM actively participated in and gave free lectures. The information supervisors of various banks deepened their understanding. There is only one remaining government, vendor, and user opponent: time.
