2-(2'-噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚在室温下与钯(Ⅱ)生成稳定的蓝色络合物。其组成为1:1.络合物溶于40%乙醇溶液,其吸收光谱有两个吸收峰,即λ_(主峰)=600nm;λ_(肩峰)=664nm.当溶液的表观pH=2.2时,络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数ε(600)=2.78×10~4。用四阶导数光谱测定微量钯、测定下限为0.06ppm,试剂浓度为1×10~(-5)M时,钯遵从比尔定律的范围为0.06~0.9ppm。约1000倍的铁、钴,2000倍的镍,和40倍的铜共存时,对钯的导数分光光度测定无干扰。
2- (2’-Thiazolylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol produces a stable blue complex with palladium (II) at room temperature. Its composition is 1: 1. The complex dissolved in 40% ethanol solution, the absorption spectrum has two absorption peaks, namely λ_ (main peak) = 600nm; λ_ (shoulder) = 664nm.When the solution apparent pH = 2.2 , The apparent molar absorptivity ε (600) = 2.78 × 10 ~ 4. The fourth order derivative spectrophotometry was used for the determination of trace palladium. The lower limit of determination was 0.06ppm. When the reagent concentration was 1 × 10 ~ (-5) M, the palladium content obeys Beer’s law in the range of 0.06 ~ 0.9ppm. About 1000-fold more iron, cobalt, 2000-fold nickel, and 40-fold more copper do not interfere with the derivative of palladium.
