我院自1978年3月至1980年底应用高压氧治疗脑血栓形成152例。患者年龄除39岁以下9例外,40岁以上共143例。其病程自1月至2年以上不等。高压氧舱使用压力为2 ATA,用面罩间歇吸氧80分钟,每日一次,一疗程40次。治疗中发现140例有偏瘫体征者痊愈10例,显效33例,好转76例,无效21例;75例语言障碍者痊愈7例,显效23例,好转42例,无效3例。疗效与病程的关系是:152例中3个月以内的患者共37例,其中痊愈9例,显效13例,好转15例;3个月
Our hospital from March 1978 to the end of 1980 the application of hyperbaric oxygen treatment of cerebral thrombosis in 152 cases.
