用单光子吸收法测量骨密度和数字图象分析仪进行骨组织形态定量,研究壮骨中药对氢化可的松所致大鼠骨质疏松的防治作用,并对两种方法所测结果进行相关分析。结果表明,骨密度:对照组、氢化可的松组和中药治疗组大鼠胫骨近端的骨密度无显著性差异。骨组织形态定量:与对照组比较,氢化可的松组大鼠的骨吸收增加,骨小梁面积及骨形成减少。与氢化可的松组比较,治疗组骨吸收减少,骨形成增加。相关分析:骨组织形态计量学参数与骨密度之间无明显相关,但有相关的趋向。提示:测量骨密度,可作为抗骨质疏松药物研制时的药物初筛及诊治病人的简略方法,但要探讨药物对骨的作用机理和环节或了解病人的骨代谢情况,须做骨组织形态学定量分析。
Bone mineral density was measured by single-photon absorption method and quantitative analysis of bone tissue morphology by digital image analyzer to study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Zhuanggu herbs on hydrocortisone-induced osteoporosis in rats. The results of two methods were correlated analysis. The results showed that there was no significant difference in BMD in the proximal tibia between control group, hydrocortisone group and TCM treatment group. Bone histomorphometry: Compared with the control group, the hydrocortisone group rats increased bone resorption, trabecular area and bone formation decreased.
