目的 探讨 Ａｎｄｅｒｓｏｎ Ｈｙｎｅｓ 肾盂成形术对肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的疗效。方法 采用 Ａｎｄｅｒｓｏｎ Ｈｙｎｅｓ 肾盂成形术治疗２５ 例病人的３０ 个肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻，并随访观察。结果 随访３ ～３２ 个月，２５ 例中２４ 例（２９ 个肾脏） 术后症状减轻或消失，肾盂、肾盏扩大程度明显减轻，吻合口通畅，无并发症发生。１ 例因术后吻合口狭窄而行输尿管肾盏吻合术。结论 Ａｎｄｅｒｓｏｎ Ｈｙｎｅｓ 肾盂成形术是治疗有中、重度肾盂积水的肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的理想术式。
Objective To investigate the effect of Anderson Hynes pyeloplasty on ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Methods Anderson Hynes pyeloplasty was performed in 30 patients with ureteropelvic junction obstruction in 25 patients and was followed up. Results The follow-up ranged from 3 to 32 months. Among the 25 cases, 24 cases (29 kidneys) relieved or disappeared, and the extension of the renal pelvis and calyx was relieved. The anastomotic patency was unobstructed and no complication occurred. A case of ureteral calculus anastomosis due to anastomotic stenosis. Conclusions Anderson Hynes pyeloplasty is the ideal method for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction with moderate and severe hydronephrosis.
