由于现在部分高职学校的会计教学模式和教学体制设计不合理,从而导致了绝大部分学会计的学生一出校门进入工作岗位便无所适从,力不从心,主要是因为他们实际的上岗能力不行,这种情况必须改善,所以笔者通过对部分高职学校的不合理教学模式和不完善教学体制的描述来突显出“依岗定教”模式对高职会计教学的益处,希望教育工作者能从中改善,帮助高职会计学生尽快融入社会,适应工作。
Due to the unreasonable design of accounting teaching mode and teaching system in some higher vocational schools, most of the students in accounting institutes do not know what to do when they go out to work after school. This is mainly because their actual ability of induction is not met. The situation must be improved, so the author through the part of vocational schools irrational teaching model and imperfect teaching system to highlight the “post” according to the teaching pattern of the benefits of higher vocational accounting teaching, I hope educators can from Improve, help higher vocational accounting students integrate into society as soon as possible, adapt to work.
