与定轴齿轮传动相比较,行星齿轮传动具有结构紧凑、承载能力高、重量轻、体积小和效率高等优点。因此,在工程机械中得到了广泛地应用。它的优点主要是功率分流,即功率由几个行星轮分担传递。由于传递功率时零件l的变形,尤其是制造与装配误差的不可避免,各行星轮之间的载荷分配不可能完全均匀,而严重地影响着上述优点的发挥。所以,各行星轮之间的载荷均布(简称均载问题)成了研究行星传动的关键课题之一。
Compared with the fixed-shaft gearing, the planetary gearing has the advantages of compact structure, high carrying capacity, light weight, small size and high efficiency. Therefore, it has been widely used in construction machinery. Its advantage is mainly power split, that is, power is shared by several planetary wheels. Due to the deformation of the component l during power transmission, especially the inevitable manufacturing and assembly errors, the load distribution among the planet wheels cannot be completely uniform, which seriously affects the above advantages. Therefore, the uniform load between the planet wheels (referred to as the load sharing problem) has become one of the key issues in the study of planetary transmission.
