目的 评价悬锁卡环义齿修复牙周病患者Kennedy I类牙列缺损的临床效果。 方法 我们对42例患者的51件义齿进行了两年的随访，复查时行临床检查、X线检查及咀嚼效率测定。 结果 义齿修复有效48件，占总件数的94%；无效3件，占总件数的6%。 结论 悬锁卡环义齿可以作为牙周病患者Kennedy I类牙列缺损修复的首选方案。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of dwelling card denture on Kennedy I dentition defect in patients with periodontal disease. Methods We performed a total of 51 dentures in 42 patients for two years. During the review, clinical examination, X-ray examination and masticatory efficiency were performed. Results Denture repair effective 48, accounting for 94% of the total number; invalid 3, 6% of the total number. CONCLUSION: The dwell snap ring denture can be used as the first choice of Kennedy I dentition defect repair in patients with periodontal disease.
