目的:重症监护护理评分系统在ICU护理人力资源配置中的应用进行研究分析。方法:将我院ICU在2015年12月-2017年1月所收治的84例患者速随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组42例患者以动态监测急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分标准对合理工作质量进行评估;观察组42例患者以重症监护护理评分系统评估护理工作质量,同时根据两组评估结果对护理资源进行配置,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组的住院费用少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组;观察组护理满意度为95.24%,明显低于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论:与急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分系统相比,重症监护护理评分系统的应用效果更为确切,可提高ICU科室的护理质量,提高患者护理满意度,方法值得借鉴。
Objective: To study and analyze the application of critical care nursing scoring system in ICU nursing human resources allocation. Methods: Eighty-four patients admitted to ICU in our hospital from December 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group of 42 patients with dynamic monitoring of acute physiology and chronic health assessment criteria were reasonable The quality of work was evaluated. The 42 patients in the observation group evaluated the quality of nursing work with the intensive care nursing scoring system. At the same time, the nursing resources were allocated according to the results of two groups, and the nursing effects were compared. Results: The hospitalization cost of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.24%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (83.33%, P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation System, the application of intensive care nursing score system is more accurate, which can improve the nursing quality of ICU departments and improve patient satisfaction. The method is worth learning from.
