在新汶矿业(集团)公司翟镇煤矿掘进一区有这样一组数字:2002年度全年进尺完成4813米,完成奋斗目标,2003年1～6月份进尺超计划152米,人工效率保持0.2米/人以上,材料月均节约5000元,连续三年实现安全生产,月人均收入稳定在1100元左右。看了这一组数字,大家可能会说“这个区搞得不错,区长是谁?”
