目的研究不同可溶性的2种纳米硒化镉对小鼠精子的毒性作用。方法昆明种小鼠60只,随机分为四组。试验组剂量为40mg/kg进行腹腔注射染毒,18d后取附睾观察精子存活率和精子畸形率。结果与CdSeⅡ相比,CdSeⅠ精子存活率低,而精子畸形率高(P<0.05)。结论纳米硒化镉随着可溶性的升高,精子存活率增高,精子畸形率显著降低。
Objective To study the toxic effects of two kinds of soluble cadmium selenide nanoparticles on mouse sperm. Methods Kunming mice 60 were randomly divided into four groups. Test group dose of 40mg / kg were injected intraperitoneally, 18 days after the epididymis sperm survival and sperm deformity rate. Results Compared with CdSe Ⅱ, the survival rate of CdSe Ⅰ sperm was low, while the sperm deformity rate was high (P <0.05). Conclusion With the increase of solubility of nano-CdSe, the survival rate of sperm increased, and the sperm deformity rate decreased significantly.
