作业是学生巩固新知、形成数感、强化技能的重要手段,也是促进学生个性发展的重要途径,是新课程理念指导下减轻学生负担的重要标志。然而,在实际教学中,我们却发现,有时教师精心设计的作业并不能真正博得学生的喜爱与欣赏,大多数学生仍是很被动地来完成作业,作业质量总是得不到提高,作业的功能也很难真正得以体现。所以,我们的教师必须以学生为本,改革传统的作业方式,努力构建开放而有活力的作业新形式,培养学生兴趣、促进学生发展。
