羟苄四唑头孢菌素(cefamandole)是一种广谱高效的新型头孢菌素,其抗菌谱比第一代头孢菌素广。本品的抗菌作用强,血浓度高,而且组织分布好,临床用以治疗各种缅菌感染取得良好疗效。为评价其毒性,我们在实验动物中进行了急性毒性和肝、肾毒性研究,现将实验结果报道如下。 材料与方法 一、材料 (一)药物,羟苄四唑头孢菌素(批号M81-2-1,S82-1-2)、头孢菌素Ⅰ(cephalothin)和氧哌羟苯唑头孢菌素(cefaperazone,T1551)由上海第三制药厂供应。硫脒头孢菌素(cefathiamidine)由上海医药工业研究
Cefditoren pivoxil (cefamandole) is a broad-spectrum and efficient new cephalosporins, antibacterial spectrum than the first-generation cephalosporins wide. The antibacterial effect of this product is strong, high blood concentration, and good tissue distribution, clinically used to treat a variety of infection infection made good effect. To evaluate its toxicity, we performed acute toxicity and liver and kidney toxicity studies in experimental animals. The experimental results are reported below. Materials and Methods I. Materials (a) Drugs, cephalosporins (batch number M81-2-1, S82-1-2), cephalothin and cefoperazone cefaperazone, T1551) was supplied by Shanghai No.3 Pharmaceutical Factory. Cefathiamidine by the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry Research
