随着科学技术的发展,衬胶工艺不但用于石油、化工、染料、冶炼、制药、运输等工业的耐腐蚀设备,目前并广泛应用于耐磨损防噪音和环境保护设施等各个领域。七十年代后期,苏联的水泥工业中就有60台湿式磨机采用橡胶衬里,应用表明其耐磨性能优于不锈钢衬里,每吨粉料且可节电0.8～1.5度。1981年日本年产胶板1817吨,应用下各个行业中的主要比例为:化工26.1%、水处理10.3%,钢铁7.4%、大气防治7.4%、车辆船舶4.9%,矿山非金属3.9%,食品工业2.6%,出口9.3%等。
With the development of science and technology, the rubber lining technology is not only used in the corrosion resistant equipment of petroleum, chemical industry, dye, smelting, pharmaceutical, transportation and other industries, but also widely used in various fields such as wear-resisting and anti-noise and environmental protection facilities. In the late 1970s, 60 wet mills in the Soviet Union’s cement industry were rubber-lined. Applications show that their wear resistance is superior to that of stainless steel linings and that energy savings range from 0.8 to 1.5 degrees per tonne of powder. In 1981, Japan produced 1817 tons of plastic sheets per year. The major proportions in various industries under application are: chemical industry 26.1%, water treatment 10.3%, steel 7.4%, air control 7.4%, vehicle vessel 4.9%, mining non-metal 3.9%, food 2.6% in industry and 9.3% in exports.
