据淮海经济区防痨协作组《防痨简讯》1988年第1期报道,为促进苏、鲁、豫、皖四省接壤地区防痨工作的发展,淮海经济区防痨协作组于1988年5月5～7日在开封召开了成立大会。安徽淮北、淮南、蚌埠、宿县及阜阳地区,江苏徐州、淮阴、盐城、连云港,山东泰安、枣庄,河南开封、周口店地区等24个单位的27名代表出席。会上通过了防痨协作组章程(讨论稿),选举产生了组织机构和领导成员。会议并商定1988年9月在山
