开放档案价值实现活动的可能性、广泛性及其效果,取决于其对其价值实现路线的规划和设计。论文提出了两种开放档案价值实现路线设计的方案,分别为反馈式开放档案价值实现路线和前馈式开放档案价值实现路线。反馈式开放档案价值实现路线将开放档案价值实现理解为是一个反馈控制过程。前馈式档案价值实现路线设计则集中体现了事前预测与采取行动的管理思想。
The Open File Value The possibility, breadth and effectiveness of an activity depends on its planning and design of the route to its value. The thesis puts forward two schemes of route design for realizing the value of open archives, which are respectively the route of realization of the value line of feedback open file and the realization of the value of open feed-forward file. The design of the route of realizing the value of feedforward archives embodies the management thought of anticipation and action.
