档案修复工作是一项针对档案实体开展的抢救性保护工作,操作方法不妥时会对档案造成直接的破坏。机器修裱技术发展的时间不长,机器修裱档案还没有统一的规范和要求,各单位在开展机器修裱工作过程中,还存在一些问题,需要认真研究和总结。本文根据中国第二历史档案馆开展机器修裱档案的情况,总结了机器修裱档案工作的流程,指出了机器修裱档案工作中常见的问题,并针对这些问题提出了解决的办法。
Archives restoration work is a salvage protection work carried out for archival entities. When the method of operation is not proper, it will directly destroy the archives. Machinery mounting technology development time is not long, the machine mounted files do not yet have a unified file norms and requirements, the units in the repair of the machine repair process, there are still some problems that need careful study and summary. According to the situation of carrying out the mounting of the files on the machine in China’s Second Historical Archives, this paper summarizes the flow of the mounting of the files on the machine, points out the common problems in the mounting of the files on the machine, and puts forward solutions to these problems.
