高等职业教育是培养社会各种技术人才,无论是在技术科目还是实用人才储备上,都发挥着重要的作用。尤其是高等职业教育在培养操作型、技能型、实用型人才,更需要在加强和提高学生的整体素质,更好地参与服务社会、推动经济发展具有深远的意义。让学生在学习专业知识技能的同时,加强高等职业教育学生的人生观、世界观、价值观的教育和培养,开设心理辅导、健康教育等课程,塑造学生更好的人格品质,全面提升综合素质。本文旨在分析当前高等职业教育学生素质的差异性表现,阐述加强培养和提高高等职业教育学生整体素质的必要性,从而探求不同的方式和手段来培养和提高学生的整体素质,为社会培养更出色的实操型高技能人才。
