农村的法治化建设是我国实行依法治国战略的重要环节,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的关键举措,我国政府必须要重视农村法制进程的开展。贾敬龙杀人案尽管引起了全民的关注,他本人也得到了大部分人的同情,但是他杀人这一违法事实是毋庸置疑的,理应受到法律的制裁。贾敬龙的做法是我国农民的一个缩影,体现出我国农民在遇到自身利益受损时所欠缺的法律素养。针对农民法律意识淡薄的表现,找出原因并具体分析。最后根据成因,提出解决农民法律意识淡薄的主要措施。
