在科学技术高度发达的商品经济社会,商品科技情报既是反映商品使用价值的有关信息,也是生产力的重要因素之一。它自身所具有的特性:科学性、广泛性、时间性、机密性决定了它在发展商品生产、搞活商品流通、提高消费水平中的重要作用。因此,必须从加强情报技术管理、搞好人员培训、完善计算机系统三方面加速我国商品科技情报工作的现代化建设。
In the highly developed commodity economy and society of science and technology, commodity science and technology information is not only an information reflecting the use value of commodities, but also an important factor of productivity. Its own characteristics: scientific nature, extensiveness, timeliness, and confidentiality determine its important role in the development of commodity production, invigoration of commodity circulation, and improvement of consumption levels. Therefore, we must speed up the modernization of China’s commodity scientific and technological intelligence work from three aspects: strengthening the management of information technology, improving personnel training, and improving computer systems.
