各区人民政府、市政府直属各单位:《海南省城镇公共消防设施管理规定》(海南省人民政府第159号令,以下简称《规定》)已经2002年8月12日省政府第139次常务会议通过,自2002年10月1日起施行。该《规定》明确了我省各级政府及相关行政主管部门在公共消防设施建设、管理方面应履行的工作职责,对我省实现消防规划与城市建设同步实施、增强城市抵御火灾的能力具有重要意义。为切实做好《规定》的贯彻实施工作,贯彻落实市委、市政府提出的“做大做强做精做美海口”的战略决策,结合我市的实际情况,现将有关事项通知如下:
People’s governments in all districts and municipalities directly under the Central Government: “Regulations on the Administration of Public Firefighting Facilities in Cities and Towns of Hainan Province” (Hainan Provincial People’s Government Decree No. 159, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) were passed at the 139th executive meeting of the provincial government on August 12, 2002 , Since October 1, 2002 shall come into force. The “Regulations” made clear that all levels of our province government and relevant administrative departments in the construction of public fire service facilities, management should perform their duties, to our province to achieve fire planning and urban construction simultaneously implemented to enhance the ability of the city to resist fire is important significance.
