他是一个内向胆小且学习基础薄弱的男孩。与他相处了大半学期,我从未见过他举手发言。问其缘由,他怯怯地说:“我怕说错了同学笑话我。”我问:“别的同学不也有说错的吗?有没有人笑话他们呢?”他羞涩地笑笑,沉默不语。“以后要大胆地举手发言哦!”他点点头。然而每次上课,他依然如故,静静地坐着,静静地听着。我一向不忽视任何一个学生,希望每一个学生都该成为学习生活的主角。因此,我仍然关注他。
