应用高铁双胺—奥蓝粘蛋白组织化学和CEA单克隆抗体免疫组织化学方法,观察26例大肠癌及癌旁移行粘膜组织学、粘蛋白组织化学改变和CDA表达。结果表明大肠癌旁移行粘膜多无特征性组织学改变。发生细胞粘蛋白组织化学改变的癌旁移行上皮CEA检出率明显高于非移行区和正常人结肠粘膜(P<0.001)。提示癌旁移行上皮细胞代谢旺盛为早期癌前期改变。
The histopathology, mucin histochemical changes and CDA expression in 26 cases of colorectal cancer and adjacent non-cancerous lesions were observed by high-speed iron diamine-o-blue mucin histochemistry and CEA monoclonal antibody immunohistochemistry. The results showed that there were no characteristic histological changes in the transitional mucosa around the colorectal cancer. The detection rate of CEA in paracancerous epithelial cells with histochemical changes of cell mucin was significantly higher than that in non-metastatic and normal human colonic mucosa (P<0.001). It is suggested that metastatic epithelial cells metastasize strongly to early stage precancerous changes.
