For many years, South Korea has always been close to Western countries, so Western culture has a certain impact on the treatment of Koreans. When dealing with South Korean businessmen, many European and American business etiquette is applicable. For example, appointments are required for meetings and negotiations; time must be strictly observed; orthodox conservative clothing should be worn; fashionable English is spoken. But what Westerners stress about “ladies first” does not work in South Korea. When I was with men, women always had to sit in the back seat, and “feminism” could not say anything.
