各自治州、市人民政府,各地区行署,各县(自治县、市、市辖区、特区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构: 为了切实加强对我省扶贫资金的管理,根据《国务院办公厅关于印发(国家扶贫资金管理办法)的通知》(国办发[1997]24号)精神,省扶贫开发领导小组拟订了《贵州省扶贫资金管理办法》,经省人民政府批准,现予印发,自1999年2月1日起施行。
