福建省人民政府关于同意厦门市开放已购公有住房交易市场的批复闽政[1999]文123号厦门市人民政府:《厦门市人民政府关于开放已购有住房交易市场的请示》(厦府[1999]065号)收悉。经研究,原则同意你市开放已购公有住房和经济适用住房交易市场,并原则同意《厦门市已购公有住房进入市场管理暂行办法》,请尽快公布并抓紧组织实施。关于已购公有住房上市出售收益分配管理办法,应按国家有关规定执行。附:《厦门市已购公有住房进入市场管理暂行办法》
